Hocheppan Castle Tavern opening times:
The focus of the menu is on dumplings, in line with the frescoes in the Romanesque castle chapel, which depict the so-called “dumpling eater”. In addition to different variations of this Tyrolean dish, there are classics such as “Brettlmarende” and homemade cakes. A selection of exquisite wines from Eppan is of course also on offer. Törggelen menus are offered in autumn. Information about the tavern at the Hocheppan Castle and reservations can be made with landlady Anni: 0039 333 6698212.
The castle tavern is open from Thursday to Tuesday, from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Hot meals are served from 11:00 AM to 3:30 PM. Wednesday is the day off.
Please note: Hocheppan Castle is open up to and including the 3rd of November 2024, after which it goes into winter break.
