In autumn “Törggele”-menus are available.
The menu focuses on dumplings, in keeping with the frescoes in the Romanesque chapel, which depict the so-called “dumpling eater”. Alongside different varieties of this Tyrolean dish, there are also classics such as the “Brettlmarende” (bread, cheese and cold cuts served on a wooden platter) and homemade cakes. A selection of fine Eppan wines is also available.
Information on the Castle Tavern at Hocheppan Castle is available from Anni, the landlady, who will also take reservation requests on: +39 333 6698212
